We all love to kick ass at school or work, burst with energy, creativity and spread good vibes wherever we go, but in all honesty, none of us can go full in without taking a break and leave it all behind sometimes. The world needs to wait and we need to take time for ourselves because we won’t go a long way without it. I always have this itch to get out and wander, I like to keep my free days active – but there are days when I just need to have a day in on my own. A day or a few hours just for myself when I shut the mess in my head – because in the end of the day, it’s all about the simplest things which can change our mood for the better.
